I’m a Personal Trainer. I started working out with my brothers to get stronger and faster for high school sports. My fitness journey started in the summer going into my senior year. I continued to work out every day with my brothers, not satisfied with my physique, I went from bulking to shredding and then I noticed I was getting stronger, was feeling good and started to love it.  After graduation, I decided I wanted to get into the fitness industry. I’m striving to help others reach their goals.

What aspect of fitness do you enjoy the most?

I like seeing all the dedication and hard work you put into it pay off and seeing a transformation from all of that.  That’s the part I enjoy the most.

How long have you been into fitness?

I’ve always been into fitness growing up through sports like track and football.

How did you get into fitness?

I started taking serious when I was in my junior year of high school.

What was a turning point for you to take it seriously?

The turning point was when I just decided I didn’t want to work out just for sport and decided I wanted to take it further and make a career out of it and help others.

How has fitness impacted your life?

The impact fitness has had on my life is being healthy physically and mentally; fitness helps deal with all the stresses of life and it’s a chance to get away from everything.

What words of advice or encouragement would you like to give to someone who is just starting out or would like to start but doesn’t know where to begin?

Advice I would give is to do it because it’s something you can see yourself doing and makes you happy.

Don’t be afraid to start.

Take a leap of faith. Don’t be afraid to start or do something you want to do.
