Meg LoderTell me a little about yourself and your background?

My name is Megan Loda.  A lot of people refer to me as fitlittlemeg.  I am only 5 feet tall but I am full of energy, strength and positivity! Fitness, helping others and living a positive life are HUGE passions of mine!  I am also a second grade teacher.  I am a busy bee and I love it.

What aspect of fitness do you enjoy the most?

Fitness means so much more to me than looking good.  To me, it’s about FEELING good. I love the feeling you have after a great workout!

How long have you been into fitness? 

For about 3 years but this past year was when I really got serious about living a healthy life!

How did you get into fitness?

My sister-in-law was a personal trainer and role model to me.  She put me on my first workout plan and inspired me to change my lifestyle.

What was a turning point for you to take it seriously?

When I saw my sister-in-law compete in a bikini competition.  I made it a goal of mine to do the same!

How has fitness impacted your life?

I have become a more positive, motivated, and confident woman!

What words of advice or encouragement would you like to give to someone who is just starting out or would like to start but doesn’t know where to begin?

Do not give up!  Results won’t happen overnight but I promise you within a couple of weeks you will start to feel SO much better!  Not every day is going to be good but there is good in everyday!
